Every Julian Valis watch is assembled by hand and tested before it leaves us. This page explains how and when your watch reaches you.
Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping on every order.
Customs duties, import taxes and fees are prepaid on all orders [except to: Brazil, India and Turkey], so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within [2–4] business days. When your watch ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders ship together on release. The expected ship date is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order number and email on our [Tracking Page].
Where We Ship
We ship to most countries. If we can't deliver to your address, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at [info@julianvalis.com] with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll handle the claim with the carrier and make it right.
Changes to Your Order
Once an order has shipped, we can't change the delivery address or order details. Please check your shipping information at checkout.
