We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any watch manufacturer or brand, including but not limited to Seiko, Rolex, Omega, or any other original manufacturers whose components or movements may be used in our builds.

All references to brand names, trademarks, or model names, including Seiko, are used strictly for descriptive and informational purposes only. Moddy by Cody does not claim, represent, or imply any official partnership, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by these brands.

Any mention of trademarks is solely to identify the origin or compatibility of components used in our custom timepieces and should not be interpreted as an association with or approval by the trademark owners.

Moddy by Cody is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or connected in any way with any watch brands, including but not limited to:

Seiko, Rolex, Omega, Breitling, IWC, Tudor, TAG Heuer, Hublot, Panerai, Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Longines, Vacheron Constantin, Rado, Bell & Ross, Blancpain, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Franck Muller, Hamilton, Oris, Tissot, or Swatch.

All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Any reference to watch models or brand names is made solely for compatibility, identification, or descriptive purposes.

Use of Brand Names and Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.

Moddy by Cody holds no ownership or rights to these marks beyond their lawful use for descriptive purposes.

The mention of any brand or trademark does not imply any relationship, warranty, sponsorship, or endorsement between Moddy by Cody and the trademark owner.

Product Nature and Representation

Moddy by Cody sells custom modified watches assembled using third party or OEM compatible components.

These watches are not factory issued products and should be considered independent custom creations assembled by our workshop.

While certain internal components may originate from brand name manufacturers, the final assembled watch is not an original factory product, an official release, or an authorized reproduction of any trademarked brand.

Warranty and Limitations

All Moddy by Cody watches are covered exclusively by a Moddy by Cody warranty.

This warranty does not include, replace, or extend any manufacturer warranty from original component brands such as Seiko.

Warranty coverage applies only to workmanship and movement related issues for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage are not covered.

Any returns or service requests are subject solely to Moddy by Cody’s standard refund and return policies and are independent of any original manufacturer terms.

Authenticity and Disclosure

By purchasing from or interacting with Moddy by Cody, you acknowledge and accept the following:

The watches sold are hand assembled custom modifications and not factory produced originals.

All brand references are used accurately and strictly for component identification purposes.

There is no official relationship between Moddy by Cody and any referenced watch brand.

No Representation or Guarantee by Brand Owners

Moddy by Cody makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, on behalf of any original brand manufacturer regarding the authenticity, quality, or origin of individual components.

Any warranties, claims, or representations related to original brand trademarks belong solely to the original manufacturer and are not assumed or covered by Moddy by Cody.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Moddy by Cody and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of use.

By purchasing from Moddy by Cody, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom modified timepiece and not an official brand product.
